Does Ruvik need administrator permission?
No. Every module lists the permissions it needs and the invite link asks for exactly those. If a permission goes missing later, Ruvik tells you which one and in which channel.
How much does Ruvik cost?
Free stays free. Pro costs €4.49 per month or €44.90 per year, Ultimate €10.50 per month or €105.00 per year – two months free on yearly billing. Subscriptions are per server and can be cancelled any time.
How does the trial work?
You can try Pro for 7 days once per server and once per Discord account, without payment details. Ruvik reminds you two days and one day before it ends. Afterwards the server returns to Free – your settings are kept.
What happens to my settings when I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Pro features pause and anything above the Free limits is put on hold. Upgrade again and everything is back instantly.
What does “your own bot” mean for Ultimate?
Ruvik appears on your server with your name, avatar, banner and profile text. Ruvik branding disappears from embeds and footers. Features and hosting stay the same as Pro.
Which languages are supported?
English and German. Public messages use your server language, replies only you can see use your Discord language.
Where is my data stored?
In a database in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. You can export or delete your server data from the dashboard at any time.

Only required permissions
Ruvik never asks for administrator. If a permission is missing, the bot tells you exactly which one instead of failing silently.
Data in the EU
The database runs in Frankfurt. Only what a module actually needs is stored.
Export and deletion
All data of a server can be exported and fully deleted from the dashboard.
Retention periods
Message content only exists in logs and transcripts – and only for as long as your plan allows.
